As part of the "futures of education" initiative, in which my degree participated, I had the occasion to make a book in collaboration with UNESCO.

Education is a vast subject which made me think about a more specific theme: access to education for all.

For the conception of the book, I had to take into account several constraints:
– A book for children between 6 and 8 years old
– A short story, of less than 16 pages
– A book shared internationally

I had for references several works like the cartoon Hilda, Ghibli’s animation films for the lively colors and landscapes. I have been particularly inspired by the illustrator Sha’an d’Anthes in the creation of my characters.

The world of the book is composed of shimmering colors and wide landscapes which reflects Mia’s ambitions.
