In view of the COVID-19 situation, the Direction of the archives of the Val d’Oise was forced to stop its activities with the visitors. To overcome this problem, the idea of a virtual tour was born.

Creation of the tour

With the software Lapentor, our team was able to design a virtual tour that allows the internet users to visit the premises remotely. Each room contains accessible information through icons giving access to pop-up.

Numerous archives have been sorted and selected to fuel the visit.

Choices for the visit

We had to make a choice about the structure of the tour and the rooms that were the most relevant to show, as well as the contents of these.

We had to realize a branding to shape the tour. I get inspiration from the actual branding of the archives, to show that the tour belongs to them.

One of the challenges of this project was the realization of icons that could be identified and recognized by everyone.
